Following  10 tips may help towards achieving health and fitness.

1. Get up Early: The most important of all is to get up early in the morning. In the early morning, the air is fresh and full of oxygen which enters lungs and energizes us. The workouts made at that time are the most fruiteful and muscle growth is optimum. The first thing we should do after awakening is stretching, warm up and then workouts. No other work like shaving, cooking etc should be carried out without completing your workouts because energy levels at the time are high and the same should be utilized in workouts.

2.Daily Workouts: Select a suitable workout program for you and do it daily for at least 25 minutes to 1 hour depending on your previous exercise record. If you lived sedentary life before this time, 25 minutes are sufficient initially and in case you are not new to exercise, you may continue beyond 25 minutes. If you are smoker, then consult your physician or start with due caution. Include aerobics in your program. The freshness obtained from workouts comprising aerobic exercises as a part is unprecedented for you. After workout take a rest for 15 minutes and then go to shower.

3.Diets and Nutrition: Do not try to go on dieting. You should eat all you want to eat but no excesses in eating at all for any food item. It is not the food that causes problems like obesity but the excesses made by you in eating that food. Eat proteineous diets as these are best foods for muscle building. When you start workouts, your muscular weight would increase but fats reduce. So do not confuse due to weight fluctuation during starting period. Take fresh juices after workouts.

4.Keep Mind Relaxed: One should not worry from any situation no matter how much embarrassing. Avoid over stress from your problems. Stop thinking about any upcoming imaginary hurdle or failures.

5.Think Good: Always be positive. Think positively and stop any negative thoughts entering into your mind. Do not afraid of being sick. Do not afraid of being failed. Always think about good health.

6.Good Weekends: Enjoy weekends with loved ones. Have outings, recreational tours and do the pleasant things you like.

7.Try to take rest in the after noon just for some minutes. It would re-energize you to keep along with the remaining tasks of the day without any signs of exhaustion. Even a light sleep of 10 minutes would be sufficient for this purpose. If can not sleep, just rest with eyes closed.

8.Stop smoking, avoid drugs and limit alcohol use. Smoking loses energy from your body with no benefit and smoker feels it difficult to exercise both strength and aerobics workouts. Fresh looks can not be achieved to optimum degree with workouts while continuing smoking and drug addiction. Health and fitness can not be achieved without getting ride of smoking and drug abuse.

9.Right Posture: Always stand in right posture.

10. Have Walks: If your work requires you in sitting position most of the time, have walks after meals especially after dinner.
